Crabtree & Evelyn Christmas 2014

It is always such a treat going to the Crabtree & Evelyn Christmas event.  Not only is everything amazing in the store, but the Christmas range is always so very special.  The well loved Noel range was back in the stores along with this year's limited edition Christmas range, Gilded Chestnut.

I love the 2014 packaging of the Christmas ranges and would love to have the Noel or Gilded Chestnut scented candles.  The Noel range is a blend of "fresh balsams, persimmon and citrus fused with spicy star anise, clove and nutmeg".  The Gilded Chestnut range is a "blend of roasted chestnut, spices, autumn berries and whipped butter, combined with must and a sweet cream accord".  There are also notes of apple, pear and seasonal berries.  

The event had delicious treats and wine on offer while we all walked around the store to view the lovely products.  I am such a fan of Crabtree & Evelyn's packaging that I can stand and look at their shelves for ages on end.  Here are a few photos from the event at the V&A Waterfront.

There is also a range of edible gifts ranging from R160 - R700.  Crabtree & Evelyn also offer their year round ranges in beautiful gift sets ranging from R280 for a hand therapy set to R800 for a Luxury Essential set of La Source products.

Last year I spoiled myself to the Winter Garden Home Fragrance Spray and I truly wish I had just bought myself another product because these limited Christmas ranges do not return.  I strongly suggest that if you too fall in love with the Gilded Chestnut range, that you take the plunge and just spoil yourself.
