L'Oreal Paris Pure Clay Glow Scrub

I am actually quite surprised that I haven't yet shared a review of the L'Oreal Paris Pure Clay Glow Scrub on my blog. I've been through 2 tubes already and recently repurchased a third because I enjoy the product so much.

I typically only use this scrub every second or third say to do a gentle exfoliation. The thing I really like about this scrub is that it is a cleanser, exfoliator and mask all in one. The scrub contains three different clays -  Kaolin which is an effective natural clay known to absorb impurities and excess sebum, Montamorillonite clay which eliminate imperfections and Ghassoul clay which clarifies complexion.  

After the very first use my skin felt very clean and smooth to the touch. I have quite dry skin so initially I was a bit worried about using this but I've had such great results with it. I use it consistently every week and find that my skin looks less dull and definitely feels smooth. I don't really battle with a lot of enlarged pores but this product does claim to help tighten pores with continued use.  When I have had a workout, I find that if I don't cleanse my skin thoroughly I get little breakouts. Since using this scrub, I have not battled with any pimples at all.

I like applying this to my face before climbing into the shower to give it a bit of a time to get into my pores. In this way I get a really good cleanse. I cannot use clay masks in general because they dry out my skin but this scrub is just right for what I need it to do - exfoliate my skin, clean out my pores and get rid of the excess oil on my skin after exercising.

You can find these L'Oreal scrubs in Clicks and Dischem stores across the country. I bought mine on special from Dischem for R69.95 but they are usually around R79.95. In my opinion, it is definitely worth the money.
