Let's go shopping | Superbalist

It is no secret that I love online shopping and one of my favourite online stores is Superbalist.  I have bought MANY things for my home through them and last year most of the Christmas gifts I bought were also acquired through the website.

I recently purchased a jacket from them because I am so eager for winter to arrive! I am the type of person that loves colder weather and layering myself in warm, comfortable clothing.  The one thing I didn't have last winter was a really nice casual jacket that was soft and easy to throw on with almost anything.  While browsing the Superbalist app on my iPad I spotted a black jacket.  I decided to get it and wore it for the first time this weekend - JP and I went to Stanford and the rainy weather way perfect.  We tried to get some photos but honestly, I am not a fashion blogger and have no idea how you ladies manage to get such great pics of your outfits. These are sad attempts but none the less you can get an idea of it.

The jacket is really soft and comfortable to wear. I like that it has 4 big pockets to carry my phone and some money and it also has a detachable hoodie which means you can switch up the look of the jacket a bit.  The big thing for me is the drawstring around the waist - I really can't wear jackets that don't have this because I end up looking like a solid rectangular box.  The draw string helps to cinch in my waist and give me some shape.  I am very pleased with this purchase and look forward to many cold days wearing this layered over jerseys and jeans.

I tried purchasing the jacket using the Superbalist app on my iPad, which suddenly closed on me midway through purchasing.  I logged onto the Superbalist website and found that they have a live online chat support facility. On a late Sunday afternoon a really helpful lady helped me to finalise my payment. I paid via EFT, by Monday morning my order was confirmed and on Tuesday I had my parcel in my hands.  In the past I haven't had any issues paying on the app or the website and I usually get my order within 2 - 3 days on average.  I have bought 2 framed prints in the past, those took around a week to get to me as the frames are made to order by Orms (a really great quality printing and framing place).  Even over the very busy Christmas season, I managed to get my gifts within 2 days of ordering them and at times, my orders have even been upgraded to faster delivery options at no extra charge to me. Besides for the consistently good quality delivery service, I love the website and all the great options on there - you really find the most trendy and fun thing on their website.  I also love their blog - The Way of Us - filled with really great content that is constantly updated.

There is a lot other websites can learn from Superbalist.
