Be back very soon!

It feels like it was just yesterday that I sat down to write a "Be back soon" blog post. This time I am going to go on my very first trip overseas. The excitement hasn't hit me just yet, probably because I will be working right up until we have to be at the airport. It is really going to be strange being the one getting onto the plane and not be the one saying goodbye and heading straight back home.

I have some exciting sightseeing planned - being an animal lover the biggest thing I am looking forward to is the Copenhagen zoo that has a glass tunnel going through the polar bear enclosure, so I'll get to see polar bears swimming around me. There are also many beautiful castles, the famous "little mermaid statue" and an area based on Amsterdam's canals.
