My tips:
- Use a good milk cleanser so that your skin isn't stripped of all its moisture.
- Apply a serum that focuses on your specific needs / problem areas.
- Invest in a good moisturiser - one that again focuses on your skin's needs.
- Try to remember to apply an eye cream and apply is all around your eye socket - even above your brow bone.
- Don't forget your neck and décolletage area!
- Put a damp, clean face cloth in a ziplock bag and refrigerate over night. In the morning take the face cloth and hold it against your face for a minute or two. This will instantly help to reduce any puffiness and redness on your skin. This can also be done with some cotton pads, which can be placed over your eyes if you particularly battle with puffy eyes in the morning.
Please feel free to share any of your tips in the comments below.

Wow Charlene, love this post. Thank you so much for the tips. You make such a good point. I tend to work so much harder in the morning to make my skin look better instead of just investing some time the night before. I am going to change my habits right now. xx
