I didn't really know what a Liebster Blog Award was so I had to do a bit of google searching to find out - Yes I know...I am an odd blogger :P  For those who also don't know what this award is, this is what I found out:

What is the Liebster Blog Award?

The Liebster Blog Award is given to up and coming bloggers who have less than 200 followers. “Liebster” is German for “favorite”. This award is the “favorite blog award” then.

The rules for this one state that you answer the 11 questions asked of you by the Blogger who gave you this award.

So once I educated myself I was overjoyed and felt incredibly honoured and happy to see that Tasneem from City Girl Vibe nominated me, along with many of my favourite bloggers, for a Liebster Blog Award.  Thank you so much Tasneem! I am so glad that you enjoy visiting my blog.  

Official Rules!
1. Select 11 or less if you don’t have more bloggers for the award.
2. They must also answer the 11 questions the ‘tagger’ has set for them.
3. They must create 11 more questions to ask bloggers they have decided to tag.
4. They must then choose 11 bloggers {Please choose bloggers that’s not already nominated on this list.}
5. These lucky bloggers must then be told.
6. There should be no tag backs to the person that nominated you.
I do realise that this is almost like a chain letter for the blogging community, but what I do like about this is that you can learn more about bloggers and I am always keen to participate in things where you get to know bloggers.

Here are the 11 questions that Tasneem asked all her nominees:

1. If today was your last day on earth, how would you spend it?
   With all the people I love in Tsitsikamma National Park.
2. What is your biggest pet peeve?
   People who are inconsiderate of others.
3. What product/item do you swear by?
   Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour cream - in all its forms
4. What motivates you to blog?
   I love sharing pretty things and making people smile.
5. If your room were to be on fire and you had 2mins to round up anything, what would you grab?
   My camera; Laptop; External Hard drive (it has backups of all my CDs and all my photos on it); 2 toys I have kept from my childhood - my first (and only) barbie doll and a baby doll I got on the day my little sister was born (my gran bought it for me so that I had a baby of my own); a little jewellery box that has all the jewellery that has sentimental value to me; my perfume (because I LOVE perfume) and a box that contains all my Asterix comic books (Over time I have collected the entire series).
6. What’s your biggest weakness?
   Caramel Treat....I LOVE it!
7. One person that inspires you?
   It's a tough one to decide - it's a cliche to say 'my Mom' so I'll be different and say my Dad.  He's literally come from a background where he had close to nothing and has built an incredible life for himself and our family.  He's taught me that as long as you are prepared to put in hard work and be a good person, you can be rewarded and achieve great things in life.
8. The first thing that comes to mind when you hear the words “Take the day off”.
   At the moment...SLEEP...I am so worn down.
9. If you could swap wardrobes with any celebrity who would you choose?
   Probably Jessica Alba, she's sophisticated and relaxed at the same time...can I have her figure as well? :P
10. If you could go anywhere in the world for 1 day, where would you go?
    Machu Picchu - it's my dream destination.
11. Summer or Winter?
    Neither :P I don't like extreme weather - give me Spring!
