I recently purchased these two nail polishes and decided to experiment by combining them.  The base is Inglot in Shade 120 (2 coats) and topped off with 2 coats of Revlon's Gold Dust glitter nail enamel.
The Inglot nail polish has a very thin, runny formulation that makes it a little tricky to apply at first.  This is the third time I've worn this shade and I have now only figured out how to apply it without flooding my nailbed each time.  I went for this metallic colour because it's not only perfect for winter, but also work appropriate.  This retails for R96 at Inglot stores and selected Woolworth stores.

The Revlon gold glitter nail polish has to be one of my favourite purchases this year.  The nail polish is a light, translucent gold and filled with glitter particles that vary in shape and size.  I love how subtle it is and it jazzes up an ordinary nail polish in a beautifully understated way.  The best part has to be that I got this on sale for only R17 at a pharmacy!

    1. The Essie polish I got recently is also very thin and runny. I was quite surprised that it was also streaky and I had to apply two coats. Definitely found Zoya much better! I love the colour of the Inglot one you bought, nice and neutral but not boring at all.

      1. I haven't ever tried Zoya. It is a nice colour and a bit more fun than ordinary colours :)

    2. That Inglot shade is just beautiful but how awesome is the Revlon. Perfect to change up a polish into something a little different. Perfect combination! (although the inglot on it's own is pretty spectacular too)

You, missy, are a bargain shopper of note. I need lessons!! :P
