Shelley & Harry: The Gift

A little while ago I did a Wishing Wednesday post on Shelley & Harry and mentioned that I had bought a product from them but couldn't reveal what it was because it was a gift for my sister.  I gave my sister her gift yesterday and not only was she very happy, but so was I because I've been keeping this a secret from her for far too long.  By nature I struggle to keep secrets like this because I LOVE giving gifts to people.

I follow Shelley & Harry on twitter and saw Shelley tweet that she sold out all the Dachshund necklaces that she had made for the Design Indaba that was held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre.  It was perfect timing because I had been hunting for such a necklace for my sister and was thrilled to discover I could get one so close to home.

So here it is, the beautiful necklace that I've been bursting to share with you:

The necklace and pendant are both made of fine sterling silver and comes in a beautiful little cloth purse with a  dachshund embroidered on it.

One thing I love even more is that I have a necklace of my very own and it makes me so happy when I wear it.  Readers of my blog will know that I adore dachshunds so this little necklace holds a dear place in my heart.
