I really had fun with this product. I got it in the March Glossybox and was very intrigued by it. I finally tried it out (because I've been using all my eye shadows from the Beauty bulletin hamper I won). I received Shade 3 which is Gold, Maroon with a highlight.

The eye shadows come in a sealed container that has a plastic seal to protect the product. Peeling off the plastic the eye shadow is exposed. One thing I noticed is that the application pads do move around in the holder and the shadow is transfered onto the plastic. I was then left with an application pad had a "hole" of missing shadow but it wasn't too much of a problem because I was able to blend the colour into the area with a brush once I applied the shadow.
The eye shadow is easy to place on the eye lid and transfers instantly. At first I was a bit alarmed by the look of it, but after a little blending the eye shadows look nice and natural. I like a soft natural look for day time so I did maybe over-blend the colours a little. But it is nice that you are able to soften the look easily with a brush. for a more dramatic look, just blend a little less. I have attached a photo of the product with before and after photos.
The eye shadow lasted the entire day without fading at all. But it is very easy to remove when you wash you face and doesn't leave any residue on your lids.
At R45 for 2 applications it is definitely worthwhile - if you enjoy a hassle free, quick and easy make up experience, then this is definitely the product for you.
